I still need to work on my stomach and mid-section the most. Everything else is toning up the way I want, but my middle has been the hardest. I'm thinking I need to get on the GHD machine more often than once a week..
So.. these photos are comparing my side and front shots, from April 2012 to now, January 2013. This is eating mostly paleo and doing Crossfit, solely. I was doing CF 3 times a week up until June, which is when I started going 4-5 days a week.
Now I'm going 6-7 days a week, twice a day (for the last week) in preparation of my upcoming competition, Wodapalooza, which is down in Miami next weekend. Once I get back, I'm sure I'll need at least a few days to recover (I'm gonna be another kind of sore!) and then I'll be back on my 6-7 days a week schedule. I really like the early morning/7a classes, so I think I'm going to try and keep up with those. It's also great for my work schedule too, because with my workouts out of the way, I've got the rest of the day to do whatever else needs to get done, like oh.. run a business, ya know.. :)
